The Alzheimer’s Association of Central New York offers peer-led or professionally led support groups for friends and family dealing with Alzheimer’s disease.
All support groups are facilitated by trained individuals.
The next meetings of groups in St. Lawrence County are May 1 (and every first Tuesday of the month), 6:30 p.m., Maplewood, 205 State St., Canton; and May 8 (2nd Tuesday), 5 p.m., United Helpers Nursing Home, 8101 State Hwy. 68, Ogdensburg, and 3 p.m., Highland Nursing Home, 182 Highland Rd., Massena.
