MASSENA -- A Massena man is jailed on several counts after police say they responded to a domestic violence call.
Michael S. Forgoine, 35, of 227 Main St. Apt. 2 was charged Jan. 19 with criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing, child endangerment and second-degree harassment, police said.
Forgoine allegedly choked his girlfriend while a child was present, police said.
He was arraigned in Massena court by judge Joe Brown and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of $3,500 bail or $7,000 bond, police said.
