CANTON – The annual snow-season ban on overnight parking on village streets and in municipal parking lots goes into effect on Nov. 26.
Parking is not permitted in those areas between 2 and 6 a.m., through March 31.
Violators will get a $10 parking ticket and could be subject to a $100 towing fee.
The ban is to allow unobstructed clearing of snow.
