GOUVERNEUR -- An Akwesasne woman was charged with felony marijuana possession Thursday morning on U.S. Highway 11, according to state police.
Holly A. Thomas, 48, was charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana, felony.
Troopers say she possessed more than 10 pounds of the plant.
She is being held pending court action, troopers said.
