BOMBAY -- Massena-based state police say they arrested an Akwesasne man on numerous charges including a felony count of driving while intoxicated after fleeing officers early Sunday morning.
Troopers say they charged Colin A. Hall, 27, with felony DWI: previous conviction in last 10 years, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation: alcohol, second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree fleeing an officers in a motor vehicle, using a vehicle without an interlock device and circumvent an interlock device.
He was charged on Tarbell Road at 3:09 a.m., officers said.
Police said Hall was additionally charged with driving with no license, traffic light violation, failure to keep right, failure to use a designated lane, speeding over 55 mph, speed in zone and refusal to take a breath test.
Police listed his status as held.
