The Women of Worth, or WOW, competition program is only part of the training offered by Laura Tarbell.
Tarbell says the WOW Lifestyle program includes workouts based on Laura’s unique style of training, nutrition philosophy, and empowerment from the entire WOW community.
“Though workouts will improve fitness capabilities, at WOW we believe each woman’s strength has less to do with how fast she runs a mile and or how many pushups she can perform, and more to do with her determination to demand more of herself,” Tarbell said.
WOW meets once a week on Saturday mornings for a functional, boot camp style workout as well as nutrition and self-empowerment information.
The WOW website is currently under development and will soon have programs available for women who want to create their own WOW life but are not able to attend class.
