POTSDAM — A man accused of rape in April was picked up on a bench warrant due to a probation violation, according to Potsdam police.
Storm N. Rivera, 22, New York City was arrested in Norwood by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies and transported to St. Lawrence County Court, police said.
He was arraigned and ordered held in St. Lawrence County Jail on $100,000 bail, officers said.
River was originally charged with first-degree rape, felony, and second-degree unlawful imprisonment stemming from an incident that allegedly took place in November 2017, officers said.
