HOPKINTON -- A 70-year-old Massena man was charged with sexually abusing a person under the age of 14, according to state police.
Earl E. Remington, 70, was charged with forcible touching, sexual abuse of a person less than 14-years-old, and endangering the welfare of a child.
All three charges are misdemeanors.
He was released on appearance tickets.
