CANTON -- The 6th Annual Maria Sergi Fun Run Walk is set for Sunday, July 29 at the Remington Recreation Trail at the Partridge Run Golf Course.
Registration begins at 8 a.m. with a start time of 9 a.m. The many prizes and raffles include SLU and Clarkson hockey season tickets, a children's bike, a basket of cheer, gift certificates and more. There will be a 50-50 raffle, and a raffle with a grand prize of a two- carat sapphire and diamond ring valued at $2,500. Tickets are $20; only 104 chances will be sold.
A barbecue and refreshments will be available throughout the event. There will be face painting and a “make your own sundae” for the kids.
The cost is $15 which includes a t- shirt. Charge is $5 for kids up to age 12.

All monies raised benefit numerous local youth programs, continuing to build the Monsignor Billmeyer Playground at Canton Central School, and the Maria Sergi Memorial Scholarship.
