174 bikers raise $8,311 for Renewal House

The second annual “Bikers Battle Violence” fundraising event for Renewal House had 174 bikes rallying together to battle violence and abuse in St. Lawrence County.

They raised a grand total of $8,311 for victims who seek services at Renewal House.

It would not have been such a success without support of our community, especially the many motorcycle riders whose participation made the event possible.

Renewal House is committed to providing vital services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault throughout St. Lawrence County. The mission at Renewal House is to respond immediately to victims’ needs through services which empower victims and increase community awareness.

Renewal House services include 24-hour crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, personal and legal advocacy, children/youth services, educational programming, basic information, referrals and safe housing.
