MASSENA – The St. Lawrence County Trappers Association will hold a trapper training course (8 hours total) Friday, July 23, 5 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, July 24, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Massena Sportsmen’s Club, Rt. 37.
