Dominating efforts from a pair of Clarkson University Volleyball players and one Clarkson University Swimming team member allowed three players to gain Liberty League Weekly awards on Monday.

Junior Sara Artus (St. Regis Falls, NY) of the Clarkson University Volleyball team was picked as the Liberty League Performer of the Week, an honor she shared with another player from St. Lawrence, for the fifth time this season. She was chosen to the Liberty League Championships All-Tournament team posting 64 kills in just 13 sets (4.92 per set). She recorded 13 kills against St. Lawrence, and had 17 kills in three-set sweeps against Union, Vassar, and St. Lawrence.

Freshman Lani Durio (Austin, TX), also of the volleyball squad, was picked as the Liberty League Rookie of the Week, an honor she shared with a player from St. Lawrence, for the seventh time in 2010. Durio averaged 11.46 assists per set (149) total in the four-match Liberty League Championships Tournament. She also added 33 digs, 4 aces, and 13 kills with a .314 hitting percentage.

Mike Rowe (Glenville, NY), named Liberty League Co-Swimmer of the Week, of the Clarkson Swim team won a pair of events in a dual meet against Oswego State, taking the 200 freestyle (1:52.54) and the 200 backstroke (2:02.13). He also was the lead swimmer on the winning 400 medley relay team (3:52.63).
