POTSDAM -- The SUNY Potsdam Athletic Department has teamed with SIDEARM Sports and will now stream live video of its home athletic contests over the Web.
Fans will now be able to watch free webcasts of all home Bears' soccer, volleyball, basketball, hockey, swimming, lacrosse and softball contests.
"The opportunity to bring live coverage of all our home athletic events to all of our parents, alumni and the many friends we have throughout the country unable to personally attend is tremendously exciting," said SUNY Potsdam Athletic Director Jim Zalacca.
"We hope they enjoy this feature and are proud to present it to them."
Viewers can find links to the live video in several locations on potsdambears.com.
On the left sidebar, fans can click on the "Bears Live" link followed by the "live video" link.
The video can also be reached by clicking the "Live Video" links on the right side of the main page under "Upcoming Events." Or fans can go directly to the team schedule pages and click on the "Live Video" links next to the corresponding opponents.
