HACKETTSTOWN, NJ -- The SUNY Canton women's lacrosse team opened their season on Sunday with a 20-1 loss at Centenary College.
Freshman Brittany DiBenenedetto (Bronx, N.Y.) scored her first collegiate goal for the Roos and sophomore Holli-Jo Cota (Ogdensburg, N.Y.) had six saves in 30 minutes and freshman Laura Pratt (Binghamton, N.Y.) had three saves in 30 minutes.
Alysia Pinkerton fired in five goals to lead Centenary.
