The St. Lawrence University men's basketball team suffered a 73-56 loss to Hobart College in a Liberty League matchup in Geneva, NY on Saturday evening. Senior co-captain Ralph Temgoua led the Saints with 12 points.
The Saints fall to 5-7 overall with a 2-3 mark in the conference. The Statesmen, who led by as many as 26 points, improve to 10-2 (3-0).
Sophomore Brandon Rivera and first-year student Brady Condlin added eight points apiece for the Saints.
The Statesmen committed four turnovers against 11 for the Saints. Hobart had the edge in points in the paint (38-24), points off turnovers (17-4), and second chance points (20-11).
St. Lawrence will also play on Tuesday night, hosting Potsdam at 7 p.m.
