St. Lawrence University junior Divya Biswal finished second in the triple jump to highlight the Saint performances on day one of the 2014 ECAC Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Reggie Lewis Track Center in Boston on Friday.
Biswal jumped 11.96 meters, her best of the year and the third best in Division III this season.
Senior Kristen Linder had the other Saint top ten on Friday finishing seventh in the shot put with a 12.13 meter throw. The Saints are eighth after the first day of competition.
Kelsey Leder was 31st in 19:22.22 in the 5000 and Caitlyn Boreyko was 24th in the pole vault at 3.23 meters in other Friday finishes.
