Harrison Sloan and Al Kabia had top ten finishes as St. Lawrence University's men's outdoor track and field team is participating in the Bison Outdoor Invitational at Bucknell Saturday and Sunday.
Sloan finished fifth in a 81-runner field in the 1500 meters, running 3:54.12. Joe Smith was 29th overall in 4:01.94 and Dennis Korir finished 60th in 4:09.29.
Kabia jumped 6.58 meters to finish seventh in the long jump while Joshua Martel just missed a top ten finish with an 11th place in the javelin at 53.24 meters.
Scott Smolensky finished 19th in the Invitational 5000 meters with a time of 14:50.40 while Thomas Caulfield was 27th in the open 5000 meters, running 15:09.27.
