Sophomore Harrison Sloan was named Liberty League Track Performer of the Year, Brian Kane shared indoor Field Performer of the Year and John Newman and the Saint coaching staff were named Coaching Staff of the Year for the Liberty League 2013-14 indoor track and field season.

Sloan helped the Saints to title victories in both the Liberty League and NYSCTC indoor championships with dramatic finishes in the 4x400 in both meets. He helped the Saints to a win in the event in the Liberty League meet as the Saints won the team title for the first time since 2010-11 and his dive at the finish provided the points to hold off RPI to win the NYSCTC title.

Sloan was also the Liberty League champion in the 800 and the mile run and was Track Performer of the Meet at the Liberty League Championships. He also ran on the Saint Distance Medley Relay team which ranked 17th nationally.

Kane was the Liberty League high jump champion and finished third in the triple jump in the league meet. He was second in the high jump at the NYSCTC Championship.

Coach John Newman and the Saint staff of Director of Track and Field Mike Howard plus assistants Kate Curran, Kelly Curtis, Jake Fredericks and Chase Thomson were recognized as Coaching Staff of the Year after winning both the Liberty League and NYSCTC titles.
