POTSDAM -- The 2012 Shamrock Aftershock 5K Run will be held Wednesday, March 21, starting at the Maxcy Hall Athletic Complex ramp at SUNY Potsdam. Walkers leave at 4:15 p.m., and runners start at 4:30 p.m. Race-day registration begins at 3:30 p.m.
Registration is free to all SUNY Potsdam students with a valid ID, and there is a pre-registration fee of $15 or a race day registration fee of $20 for all others.
The first 250 registrants will receive a long-sleeve T-shirt, and prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers.
Pre-registration is available until Tuesday, March 20, by filling out forms available in the Fitness Center or online by clicking the shamrock link at www.potsdam.edu/athletics/fitnesscenter.
