Snow forced an early end to the St. Lawrence women's tennis team's match with Division II Stonehill College, but a sweep of doubles and two quick singles wins helped the Saints to a 5-0 win in their second match of the Nor'Easter Bowl at Wellesley College.
Emily Wyman and Hallie Young both helped the Saints to two wins in the match, as the only two Saints to finish in singles.
Wyman won her match at No. 1 against Bailey Paradiso 7-5, 6-2 and Young clinched the win for the Saints with a 6-3, 6-3 win over Emma Prinos at No. 3.
In doubles, Morgan McNeal and Georgia Comber combined for an 8-2 in at No. 1, as did Lia Petersen and Young at No. 3. The other pairing of Alexandra Dadoly and Wyman earned an 8-3 decision at No. 2.
The Saints, now 7-4 on the season, will close out their Nor'Easter Bowl schedule with a 9:00 a.m. match against co-host Brandeis at the Longfellow Club at Wayland on Sunday morning.
