Four Saints took home individual wins, but the St. Lawrence women's swim team fell 180-109 at RIT on Saturday afternoon.
St. Lawrence took both first and second in three freestyle events and the 200-yard individual medley against the Tigers, with first-place finishes from Taylor McClung, Christina Felchner, Madeline Holodnik and Heather Foley.
McClung and senior Gabriella Marchetti went one-two in the 1000-yard free to combine for 13 St. Lawrence points in the meet. McClung posted a time of 11:09.35; 10 seconds in front of Marchetti (11:19.61).
In the 500 free, it was Holodnik who led McClung to the wall, as the Saints would again take the top two spots. Holodnik won the race in 5:30.37, while McClung finished in 5:35.19.
First-year Christina Felchner claimed a win in the 50-yard free in 25.90 edging teammate Becca Raab (26.01). Felchner (57.03) also led Raab (58.56) in the 100-yard free, as the duo finished second and third.
Heather Foley was the final individual winner for St. Lawrence on the afternoon, with a 2:29.07 time in the 200-yard IM. Darla Long was second in that race in 2:32.63.
The Saints closed out the meet with a team win in the 200-yard freestyle relay, as Raab, Holodnik, Foley and Felchner combined for a time of 1:44.42.
