Kim Morse '11, a senior standout on the St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team, has been named a Second Team Regional All-America by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association.
Morse put the finishing touches on a fantastic career with the Scarlet and Brown this fall, as she led the team with 39 points on 31 goals and eight assists. The Peaks Island, ME native earned All-Conference accolades each of her four years at St. Lawrence, including second team honors in 2011.
"Kim was a dynamic offensive player for four years at St. Lawrence, and this is a special honor for her," said Saints head coach Jodi Canfield. "She has been a staple in the midfield for us throughout her career and is deserving of All-America status."
Morse scored two game-winning goals in her senior season and added 29 ground balls, 24 draw controls and 14 caused turnovers.
