Senior Kyle Plimpton was named the Liberty League Pitcher of the Year for the second time in her career, while she and four other earned All-Conference honors this season, as announced by Liberty League Commissioner Tracy King on Monday.

Plimpton was the lone first team selection for the Saints, while fellow senior Aisha O'Connor and first-year Kylee Knight earned second team honors and senior Brady Cooper and first-year Laura Finley were named honorable mention.

Plimpton, who also earned Liberty League Pitcher of the Year honors as a sophomore, logged 145.1 of the team's 193.2 innings this season and compiled a 13-11 record with a 2.36 earned run average. She struck out a league-high 168 batters, averaging more than a strikeout per inning, while holding opponents to a .236 average. A native of Buffalo, N.Y. , Plimpton leaves St. Lawrence as the program leader in nearly every pitching record including: wins in a season, shutouts in a season, saves in a season, innings pitched in a season, appearances in a season, career wins, career shutouts, career saves, and innings pitched over a career. She will also leave as the leader in single season strikeouts with 219 and has shattered the career strikeouts record with 756 total strikeouts.

O'Connor was a second team selection in the infield as she started all 28 games at short for St. Lawrence this season. He finished second on the team with a .402 batting average, led the team with a .471 slugging percentage, 35 hits and 23 runs scored; while also adding nine RBI and six doubles. The Pembroke, Ont. native earned post season honors all four seasons; as an honorable mention selection in 2012 and 2013 and second team honors again last season.

In her first season with the team, centerfielder Kylee Knight established herself as one of the top players in the conference in the field, at the plate and on the bases. The Oakland, Maine native finished with a .348 batting average; good for third on the team, and was among conference leaders in stolen bases with a team-high 11. She also had a team-high four triples and was second in fielding percentage at .975.

Cooper was a staple at first base for the Saints this season and started every game for the Scarlet and Brown in both her junior and senior seasons. She posted a .289 batting average with 26 hits and five RBI this season and recorded a .974 fielding percentage.

Finley also started all 28 games for the Saints this season as the team's left fielder. She led St. Lawrence with seven doubles on the year and was tied for the team-lead with 16 RBI. The Buffalo, N.Y. native finished with a .286 batting average as a rookie.

Rochester's Brittany Grage was named Player of the Year and the Yellowjackets staff earned Coaching Staff of the Year honors. Rookie of the Year honors went to Skidmore's Dani DeGregory.
