Olivia Rettstatt won the distance double and diver Nikki Jewett won competition on both the one and three meter boards to lead St. Lawrence University's women's swim team to a 137.5-93.5 dual meet victory at Skidmore on Friday.
Rettstatt won the 1,000 freestyle in 11:21.26 and came back to win the 500 free in 5:34.50 with Gabriella Marchetti finishing second for the Saints in both races. Jewett and Julie Hammond took first and second in both diving events with Jewett winning the one meter competition with 159.15 points and the three meter with 178.85.
Julia Carson won the 200 free in 2:04.25 with Katharina Weidhausser finishing in a tie for second. Weidhausser also took second in the 100 fly, finishing behind rookie teammate Heather Foley, who won in 1:03.14. Elizabeth Canne won the 100 breaststroke in 1:13.55 with Carson second and the Saints won the 200 medley relay in 1:57.85.
Alanna Blackburn was second in both the 50 and 100 free with Becca Raab adding a third in the 50 free, Marchetti third in the 200 IM and Natalie Dellinger third in the 100 back.
