Down 1-0 with just under 20 minutes remaining at SUNY Geneseo, Tapshak Augustine netted the equalizer and sparked a four-goal flurry for the St. Lawrence men's soccer team en route to a 4-1 come-from-behind win on Saturday afternoon.

Augustine finished with two goals, while Noah Bunton converted a penalty kick following a red card issued to the Geneseo goalkeeper and Manny Collins rounded out the day with his first goal since the second round of the NCAA tournament in November 2014. Ross Suitor and Charlton Kelly added assists for St. Lawrence.

The Knights converted their lone corner kick of the game in the 53rd minute to take a 1-0 lead, as Caleb Murthy bested goalkeeper Mike Smith with a header in the box.

But Augustine's goal in the 73rd minute permanently shifted momentum in favor of the Saints. The Abuja, Nigeria native finished a cross from Suitor from close range for his first of the season to tie the game, 1-1.

One minute later, Geneseo's Dillon Medd was issued a red card for a play in the box setting up a penalty kick for Bunton and the eventual game-winning goal.

In the 79th minute it was Kelly who set up Augustine's second goal to increase the St. Lawrence lead to 3-1 and it was Kelly again in the 88th minute who started the play that led to Collins' goal.

The Toronto, Ontario native's header in the box rang off the crossbar but kicked out to Collins who was there to put away the rebound for the fourth and final goal in Saturday's comeback.

Even though Geneseo held the Saints to just one shot attempt in the first half, the Scarlet and Brown finished with a 14-7 advantage in total shots, with seven shots on target.

Medd made three saves for Geneseo, while Smith finished with two saves in the win.

The Saints, now 4-0 on the season, return to Sandy MacAllaster Field next weekend for a pair of non-conference games against SUNY Oswego and SUNY Cortland. Friday's game against the Lakers is slated for 4 p.m. and Saturday's game with the Red Dragons will kick off at 2 p.m.
