Men's soccer All-American defender Harry Copeland has been invited to participate in the third annual Columbus Crew SC College Combine on Friday, Dec. 11 in Columbus, Ohio.

The combine, which is invite only, is for the top Major League Soccer (MLS) draft eligible collegiate players and not only provides an opportunity with Crew SC, but can also assist players with placement in other professional soccer environments. Five players from the 2014 Combine were drafted by MLS Clubs and another five signed professional contracts in the USL and abroad.

"I'm extremely excited about this opportunity," Copeland said, "I'll be able to compete against some great players and hopefully I do well. I really appreciate Coach Toshack for helping me get the chance and Coach Durocher for everything he's done for me these four years."

Throughout the course of his career at St. Lawrence, Copeland established himself as one of the premiere defenders in the region as well as at the national level. The Dedham, Mass. native became the fourth dual All-American in program history last week, is a three-time All-Region and All-League honoree and was named the 2015 Liberty League Player of the Year.
