A third place finish by the 4x100 relay team highlighted St. Lawrence University's men's outdoor track and field team's participation in the Bison Outdoor Invitational at Bucknell on Sunday.
The Saint team of Adrian Wilson, Omaru Kabia, Shawn Lillie and Karim Creary ran 42.52 seconds, trailing only Bucknell and Susquehanna in a 14-team field.
The 4x400 realy team of Wilson, Harrison Sloan, Evan Garvey and Chris Payton also had a top ten finish with a ninth in 3:25.92 for the other top ten finish for the Saints.
Sloan led a group of five Saints in the 800 meters finishing 15th overall in 1:53.59. Joe Smith ran 1:55.14, Denis Korir 1:56.36, Garvey 1:57.71 and Brett Smith 2:00.70. Wilson added a 24th place finish in the 400 in 51:22 with Al Kabia running 54.96 while Dan Viscardi was 18th in the 400 hurdles in 48.39.
Wilson's 23.39 was 27th in the 200 with Omaru Kabia running 23.79, Al Kabia 24.29 and Creary 24.94. Creary was 16th in 11.16 with Omarua Kabia running 11.29 and Lillie 11.50 in the 100 meters.
Scott Kasson was 18th in the shot put with a 13.65 meter throw in field event competition on Sunday.
