The St. Lawrence University Football team started the season in the Also Receiving Votes section of the preseason National polls including the D3Football.com poll. A week one loss at SUNY Morrisville dropped the Saints from the poll but five consecutive victories have helped St. Lawrence get back on the cusp of the Top 25 poll.
The latest D3Football.com poll released earlier this week has the Saints in the Also Receiving Votes section once again with six votes. St. Lawrence is the highest ranked team in the Liberty League with Hobart also listed among those receiving votes but with four votes this week after being ranked #25 in last week's poll.
The Saints are off this weekend and will travel to Springfield Oct. 24 for a 1:30 pm contest against a Pride team that handed Hobart a 35-13 defeat last week.
