A trio of Saints had wins in the pool and diver James Wilczewski had a first and a second on the three and one meter boards, but RIT prevailed in a dual meet at the Augsbury Pool on Saturday, winning 137-88.
Tad Deatly won the 1000 free in 11:08.12 in one of his three events of the day while Grant Reeder won the 200 back in 2:07.42 and Hank McCormick scored first with Keenan Weischedel scoring secon din the 200 breast. McCormick turned in a clocking of 2:30.77.
Deatly, who was second in the 1000 free in Friday's dual meet with Clarkson, added a second in the 500 free and was third in the 200 fly. Reeder was third in the 200 free and joined McCormick, Matt Bauer and Kirby Kaylor on the 200 free relay team which scored fist in a 1:38.18 clocking.
Wilczewski won the three meter competition with 242.25 points and was second on the one meter board with 224.55 points with Billy Moran third on both boards.
Bauer was second in the 400 IM, and Kaylor finished third in the 100 free in other top finishes for Saint competitors.
The Saints are now off until the Liberty League Championships at Union on Dec. 6-7.
