(Keuka Park, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton women's volleyball team won their fourth straight game with a 3-0 sweep of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts Friday night at Keuka College.
The Roos beat the Trailblazers 25-20, 25-13 and 25-17 to move to star the season with four straight wins.
Senior outside hitter Danielle Swanston (Burke, N.Y.) pounded down a career-high 11 kills and notched five digs and two service aces to lead the Roos Friday night.
Sophomore outside hitter Caitlin Grimshaw (Adams, N.Y.) added six kills and two blocks. Freshman middle hitter Morgan Bills (Walworth, N.Y.) added eight kills, four digs, two blocks, and two aces, and sophomore setter Mackenzie Mynter (Churchville, N.Y.) , who was named the USCAA Setter of the Week contributed 24 assists, six kills and six digs.
The Roos and Trailblazers square off again on Saturday at 1 p.m. and SUNY Canton also faces Keuka College at 3 p.m.
