(Canton, N.Y.)- Senior Kaitlin Myers (Dannemora, N.Y.) was named the USCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for the second time this year after a dominating performance in her final home game.
The Saranac graduate posted a remarkable triple-double in her final regular season game, as she scored 18 points, grabbed 24 rebounds and blocked 13 shots leading the Roos to a 55-48 win over the University of Maine at Fort Kent. She shot 7-for-12 (.583) from the field and was a perfect 4-for-4 from the free throw line. She also made three steals in 39 minutes.
Earlier in the week, Myers had 10 points, 15 rebounds and three assists in 40 minutes against SUNY Cobleskill.
