Canton, NY – The SUNY Canton men's ice hockey team dropped an 8-0 decision to nationally-ranked powerhouse Plattsburgh State on Wednesday evening at the Roos House.

The No. 9 Cardinals added three goals each in the second and third periods for the 8-0 final. Constantine and Connor Gorman led Plattsburgh with three points each.

Louie Puig (Chicago, IL) stopped 26 shots in net, while Christopher Marsillo (Lincroft, NJ) turned aside six shots in relief. Brady Rouleau earned his fourth shutout of the season for the visitors making 20 saves.

Thomas Crabtree (Knoxville, TN) and George Curry (Schaumburg, IL) paced the SUNY Canton offense with four shots apiece.
