Penn Yann, NY – Nolan Reid (Champlain, NY) and Cecelia Neally (Corning, NY) both finished in the top two individually as the men's and women's golf teams competed at the Keuka College Invitational on Wednesday.

Reid shot a round of 3-over par 74 to finish in a tie for first place individually. Daemen College's Mitch Feneziani took home medalist honors as he finished with a lower scorer on the toughest handicap hole.

Tom Rancour (Moriah, NY) finished in a tie for 15th place out of the 59 golfer field with an 80. Alex Folts (Canandaigua, NY) and Nick Hughes (Wartertown, NY) both recorded 82's to tie for 22nd place individually. Taylor Nickerson (Mashpee, MA) rounded out the Roo competitors with a 93.

SUNY Canton tied for third out of the 12 team field with 318 strokes with Daemen. Oswego State (311) won the team title, closely followed by SUNY Delhi (317).

Neally carded a round of 12-over par 84 to finish in second place individually out of the 15 golfer field. Keuka College's Holly Reynolds took home medalist honors with a 79. Tess Adams (Calgary, AB) finished in eighth place with a 105 followed by Abbey Diabo's (Kahnawake, QUE) 116. Rhea Coad (Wheatfield, NY) and Tia Tassava (Chubbuck, ID) rounded out the Roo competitors with a 117 and 121, respectively.

SUNY Canton took second place as a team with 422 strokes, while Keuka won the team title with a 365.

The men's golf team is back in action on September 19th at the Oswego State Fall Invitational. Both teams will then compete in their home tournament at Partridge Run Golf & Country Club on Friday, September 23rd at 11:30 a.m.
