OGDENSBURG -- The Northern New York Bassmasters completed their seconnd tournament of the 2012 team tournament trail season Saturday on the St. Lawrence River at Ogdensburg Patterson Street Launch.
The tournament drew 46 anglers teamed up for the day that weighed in over 356 pounds of largemouth and smallmouth.
The top four winners were:
• 1st: (Ogdensburg, NY) with 20.53 lbs
• 2nd: Chris Flint, John Flint (Canton, NY) with 18.44 lbs
• 3rd: Scott Hazen & Paul Williams (Hannawah Falls, NY) with 18.04 lbs
• 4th: Corey Palmer, John Narrow (Ogdensburg & Potsdam, NY) with 17.95 lbs
Lunker of the day was 5.09-pound smallmouth caught by Brad Paradis.
The 20.51-pound bag also made the top 10 heaviest bags ever weighed in for the club since its beginning in 2002 (#9th).
Next tournament for the trail is at the Black Lake State Launch on July 7 with a 3 p.m. weigh-ins.
