St. Lawrence County anglers recently placed well at the Northern New York Bassmasters Team Trail Championship.
The 2017 Northern New York Bassmasters Team Trail Championship was a two-day event held on two separate bodies of water, the St. Lawrence River and Black Lake.
Anglers needed to be successful on two drastically different bodies of water and styles of fishing.
The team of Cass Falcon and Richard Falcon of Evans Mills won their first NNY Bassmasters Championship with 40.67 lbs
Brad Paradis and Robert Paradis of Ogdensburg placed second with 35.09 lbs; third place was Matt Grant and Greg Nichols of Gouverneur with 34.84 lbs and fourth place was James Gibson & Dick Gibson of Ogdensburg with a haul of 34.60 lbs.
