(Canton, N.Y.)- Sophomore Mackenzie Mynter (Churchville, N.Y.) has been named the USCAA Setter of the Week.

This is the third time Mynter has received the award in her career and this time was honored after leading SUNY Canton to three straight wins to start the season. TheMackenzie Mynter Roos beat Green Mountain College 3-1 and swept Castleton State College 3-0 and Wells College 3-0.

In nine sets Mynter collected 74 assists, 14 service aces, 12 kills, and 11 digs. She handed out 21 assists to go with six aces and three kills against Green Mountain. She then distributed 28 assists and had six kills, five aces and four digs against Castleton and finished the weekend with 25 assists, six digs, three kills, and three aces.
