CANTON -- Sophomore Brady Condlin recorded a career-high 24 points and eight rebounds to lead the St. Lawrence University men's basketball team to a 70-58 victory over SUNY Canton in a Sunday's non-conference match-up in the Roos' House.
Condlin, who was 9-of-11 from the floor against the Roos', was joined in double figures by junior Janpeter Brase and senior Kyle Miller.
Brase notched 14 points and a game-high nine rebounds, while Miller made four 3-pointers for 12 points and added five rebounds.
St. Lawrence used 53.3 % shooting from the floor to build a 41-30 lead in the first half.
The Roos came to within eight points at 16:28 in the second stanza, but that was as close as they would come as the Saints stretched their lead back to double figures where it remained for the rest of the game.
The Saints owned a 42-28 advantage in rebounds while limiting their turnovers to 10 and forcing Canton's 17 turnovers.
St. Lawrence will travel to Potsdam State for a non-conference game against the Bears in Maxcy Hall. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00pm.
