MASSENA -- The Seaway Valley Venom football team is selling season ticket packages for their 2017 Empire Football League Season.

Season tickets are $35 a piece. Season ticket holders get entry into all five regular season home games, ability to enter the field 90 minutes early, one free food item each game (hot dog/hamburger), one free drink item each game (soda/bottled water), priority seating underneath press box, a free signed poster from the team, a social media/website mention as a season ticket holder, free spirit jug and “hot pass” to Fan Day to move ticket holders to the front of the line.

The price is down from $60 last year.

Food and drink vouchers do not roll over to the next game if they go unused.

New this season will be “Venom Fan Day” where fans can get pictures and meet with the team. Season ticket holders can get into home playoff games by renewing their season tickets for 2018 at the end of the 2017 regular season.

Also new this season will be an email blast that will go out to every season ticket holder after each game with a survey they can fill out describing their experience as a fan.

There are 100 season ticket packages available. To purchase them, contact a Seaway Valley Venom player or call Tammy Arquitte at 315-296-5026. Season tickets will be available through May.

Venom home games this year are July 8, Plattsburgh North Stars, 7 p.m.; July 22, Syracuse Strong; July 29, Watertown Red & Black; Aug. 5, Glens Falls Greenjackets; Aug. 19, and Sussex Stags.

All games are played at 7 p.m. at Massena Central High School.

This will be the third season for the Venom.
