Freshman Karley Cree (Hogansburg, N.Y.) scored her fifth goal of the season and third in the last four games for the Roos off an assist from junior Caty Darling (Oswego, N.Y.), who notched her fourth helper of the year which ties her for the team lead.
Freshman Tori Taylor (Hokah, Minn.) played the first and second periods for the Roos and made 22 saves and freshman Alyssa Altschuler (Cheshire, Conn.) played all of the third period and stopped 17 shots.
SUNY Canton closes out their first semester with a 2-1-1 record in their last four games and 3-9-1 overall. They’re next in action on Jan. 19 and 20 when they host Stevenson University in a two-game series at Roos House.
