Establishing himself as a top forward since joining the Clarkson University Hockey team in January, freshman T.J. Moor (Lake St. Louis, MO) has been selected ECAC Hockey Player of the Week.
Moor scored his first collegiate goal in Friday's 4-4 tie vs. Colgate and then tallied two power-play goals and one assist in
Saturday's 6-3 victory over Cornell to help the Golden Knights to their best weekend of the year in ECAC Hockey play.
Through nine games Moor has recorded seven points on three goals and four assists.
Clarkson posts a 6-13-7 overall record and is tied for sixth in the ECAC Hockey standings with a 5-6-3 league mark. The Knights hosts Union and Rensselaer this weekend in a pair of 7:00 p.m. starts at Cheel Arena.
