National Champions on Clarkson University's Women's Hockey's first NCAA Title-winning team in 2014, Jamie Lee Rattray '14 and Erica Howe '14 teamed up again to help their professional team claim a coveted championship.
The former Golden Knight All-Stars played key roles in leading the Markham Thunder to the top of the Canadian Women's Hockey League by winning the Clarkson Cup on Sunday. Markham defeated Kunlun Red Star 2-1 in overtime at Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto.
Howe was named the Clarkson Cup MVP after making 17 saves in the overtime championship-game victory.
Rattray was named the recipient of the Jayna Hefford Trophy as the players' voted MVP in the CWHL during the regular season.
