Five members of St. Lawrence University incoming Class of 2017 were selected for the annual Section V Eddie Meath All-Star Football Game on Saturday, June 29 in Rochester, NY.

The annual contest, which was played at St. John Fisher College, features the premier talent in the Rochester-area. The five players on the victorious East squad that will be attending St. Lawrence next season include (picture left) #55 Chyron Brown-Wallace (DL, Eastridge High School), #75 Tim Brennan (OL, Pittsford High School), #32 James Holley-Grisham (S, East High School), Tommy Hessney (FB, Pittsford) and #35 Nick Barclay (S, Pittsford). St. Lawrence offensive coordinator Dan Puckhaber and assistant coach Dan Higgins were in attendance for the game.

"We are very excited to have these young men coming to St. Lawrence this fall," said St. Lawrence head coach Mark Raymond. "They are outstanding players and individuals that will be great additions to our University."

The East team defeated the West 28-27, with all four future-Saints contributing to the victory. The student-athletes are slated to arrive for training camp on August 15, with the season opener on Saturday, September 7 against Coast Guard at Leckonby Stadium.
