POTSDAM, N.Y.—SUNY Potsdam and Northern TRIBS Swimming have bought the Fitter & Faster Swim Clinic back to Maxcy Hall Pool. The clinic, featuring 2012 Olympic Gold Medalist Tyler Clary, will be held on June 2-3.
The clinic will focus on developing a faster backstroke, more power in underwater dolphin kicking and breakouts. Saturday will be broken up into two sessions. The ages 11 and under session will run from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. and the 12 and over session will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday's session, which runs from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m., is open to all ages and will focus on IM transitions.

Clary won gold in the 200 backstroke at the London Olympics, bettering Ryan Lochte's Olympic record and narrowly missed medaling in the 200 butterfly. He has won 16 medals in major international competition, including the FINA World Championships and Pan American games.
