Franklin and Marshall's women's squash team won eight of nine matches at the Robie Squash Center on Saturday and improved to 4-6 on the season with an 8-1 win over St. Lawrence.
Junior Jill Baker was the lone winner for the 20th-ranked Saints, now 2-0 on the season, as she beat Sherilyn Yang 11-5, 11-6, 11-4 at one.
The Diplomats' Fiona Murphy was a 3-0 winner over Emily Terry at two, winning 15-13, 11-4, 11-8 while Emily Caldwell beat Zoe Kagan 11-4, 11-7, 11-1 at three. Dulakshi Elikewela was a 11-2, 11-1, 11-5 winner over Lizzy Lasusa at four and Lauren Johnston beat Alex Matamoros Infante 11-1, 11-1, 11-2 at five.
Andreina Benedith beat SLU's Cristina De La Vega 11-7, 11-4, 11-5 at six, Kate O'Brien went four games with Losangela Batista, winning 6-11, 11-1, 11-1, 11-5 and Cris Margaret Frias needed five games to get past the Saints Val Quan, 11-7, 11-8, 9-11, 4-11, 11-3. Jazmin Matos beat Sarah Neilson 11-3, 11-7, 8-11, 11-9 at nine and Melissa Epstein was a 10-12, 4-11, 11-7, 11-8, 11-5 winner over Catherine Sanderson at ten.
The Saints are now off until hosting Hamilton College on Feb. 11.
