Parker Dennis shot rounds of 76 and 77 for a 153 total and jumped into the top 20 individuals at the 2015 Williams College Invitational held at the Taconic Golf Course.
Dennis was the only Saint with both rounds in the 70s and climbed to a tie for 18th with a Sunday 77 as players battled gusty winds. The Saints finished 14th in a 20-team field with rounds of 310 and 324 for a 634 total. Trinity College won the team title with 301-300-601.
Only two players broke par for the tournament on the par-71 course with both sub-par rounds coming Sunday despite more difficult playing conditions.
Spencer Shepperly tied for 38th round rounds of 76 and 82 for a 158 total while Ryan Flynn was tied for 56th with rounds of 80 and 81. Colin Dowd shot 78 and 84 for a 162 total and was tied for 59th while John Lauria shot 85-84-169 and was 81st.
The Saints will return to action at the Duke Nelson Invitational at Middlebury next weekend.
