All Americas Amy Cymerman and Divia Biswall were named the Track Performer of the Year and the Field Performer of the Year respectively by the Liberty League, Lisa Grohn shared Liberty League Rookie of the Year honors and coach Kate Curran and the Saint staff were named Coaching Staff of the Year after the 2013-14 indoor track and field season.

Cymerman earned All America in two events, the 5000 and 3000 meters and was ECAC, Liberty League and NYSCTC 3000 meter champion, setting a league meet record in the Liberty League Championship. She also ran on the champion Distance Medley Relay and won the mile at the NYSCTC Championship. She was the winner of the Outstanding Performer of the Meet award at the NYSCTC meet.

Biswal was Liberty League champion in the 60 hurdles, long jump, triple jump and 4x200 relay and won the triple jump and hurdles and ran on another championship 4x200 at the NYSCTC meet. She earned All America with a third place finish in the triple jump and also competed at nationals in the long jump.

Grohn was second in the mile and ran on the DMR at the Liberty League Championships, earning co-Rookie of the Meet honors, and was second in the NYSCTC 5000 and fifth in the 3000. She ran at nationals in the 5000.

Curran and the Saint staff which includes Director of Track and Field Mike Howard, John Newman, Kelly Curtis, Jake Fredericks and Chase Thompson earned Coaching Staff of the Year honors for the fourth straight season indoors. The Saints won both the Liberty League title, their fourth in four years, and the NYSCTC Championship, winning that event for the first time since 1997.
