Clarkson University Women's Athletics, by virtue of the Golden Knights winning the NCAA Division I Women's Hockey National Championship, is ranked among the Top 20 programs in the Capital One Cup women's standings.
The Capital One Cup is an NCAA athletics award honoring the top Division 1 men's and women's college athletics programs in the country. Clarkson, with ice hockey as its only Division I team, is tied for 20th in the women's standings along with Oklahoma and Oregon.
