Canton, NY – Brooke Susac stopped all 10 shots she faced and Breanna Bedborough netted the game-winner with 5 minutes, 15 seconds remaining to help the SUNY Canton women's hockey team secure a weekend sweep with a 1-0 win v. New England College on Saturday afternoon in the Roos House.

HOW IT HAPPENED
SUNY Canton outshot New England College 39-10 in the contest including 19-4 in the second period.
Bedborough's goal at 14:45 of the third period came on the power play with Ashley Gillies and Jessica Pele picking up assists on Bedborough's fifth score of the season.
Susac improved to 7-5-3 on the season stopping 10 shots in her third shutout of the season. Cianna Weird made 38 stops in the loss for the Pilgrims.
Canton went 1-for-5 on the power play, while killing off both of its penalties.
