ELMIRA, N.Y. – The SUNY Potsdam golf team placed 6th at the Elmira College Fall Invitational Tuesday afternoon. SUNY Delhi won the competition with a final score of 325, while the Bears finished with 354.
Senior Matt Supernault led Potsdam posting a low score of 87. Freshman John Hickey and sophomore Tyler Carrow tied with rounds of 88. Senior Andrew Holmes and sophomore Austin Pivetta rounded out the team with a 91 and 93, respectively.
The Bears return to the course on Saturday, Oct. 6-7 for the ECAC Qualifier in Macedon, N.Y. Tee time is set for 10 a.m.
