STOCKHOLM – Joshua A. McCarthy, 26, Winthrop, was charged by state police Friday with multiple counts of child pornography felonies.
McCarthy was held in custody following his being charged with two counts each of promotion of an obscene performance of a child less than 17 years old, Class D felonies, and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, Class E felonies
He was arrested at 11:34 a.m. Friday following an investigation begun by state police Aug. 27.
